Instructions: Roll onto your pulse points. Apply throughout the day as per your preference. Store away from direct sunlight. For external use only. 

Storage: We always recommend storing upright,  away from direct sunlight and in a cool dry area. Extreme exposure to heat can diminish the scent and cause leaking of the oil from the roller ball. Please do not keep in your car exposed to extreme hot temperatures.
